Softsentry version?

I tried to get it on this file http://rapidshare.com/files/376849594/QOPT.exe.html, but i can't find it.I used peid, ProtectionID, RDG Packer Detector an exeinfope and i found no packer on this file.Only ProtectionID detected a Possible CD/DVD-Key or Serial Check and a Rainbow SENTiNEL dongle.
Any ideas?

1 run QOPT.exe and go to to c:\Quickopt - your target is
_qopt.par == SSDLL.DLL
_qopt9.par == SglW32.dll
