Unpacking possible?

It always says that CLI Header Error. It is 100% a .Net Assembly but i dont know the Packer.

Here a link to a Archive with the Files that need to be unpacked. I hope you guys can help me :)

After Unpacking it with Generic .Net Unpacker i get 2 .dll Files they look very much like a .Net Reactor 4 packed Assembly i hope somebody can somehow make that. But I am not 100% sure if it is .Net Reactor

Tom.exe and Crypter.exe have identical assemblies inside, Tom2.exe is different.

Protection appears to be .NET Reactor 4.x. Of course, we could remove it, but nobody wants to see bunch of malware crypted with this crap.. ;)

Dont know if its the same... making a Crypter in .Net is not complicated this isnt what I want, I want to prove that guy that cracking this is possible and that he stole someothers people work without giving Credits to these people. I also want to learn about .Net Reactor 4 Unpacking regardless of unpacking this File.

I mean a RunPE Module is anyways already Public for VB.Net and there are 1000 Cryptpers so I wouldent need this special one. I want to learn and prove that guy that cracking this is possible if you help me by unpacking then also please post me some papers and if not please still post me some papers for learning :)
