Unknown Protector

can anyone say me, which protector used on this file: File (http://rapidshare.com/files/404043389/DVR-Studio_HD.exe.html)

If i open this file with Reflector, then are all methods empty, like:


[MethodImpl(MethodImplOptions.NoInlining)]
protected override void OnSizeChanged(EventArgs)
{
}


And if i use "Rongchaua's DotNet Id" are all results 0%.
