Reverse a special dongle

I would like reverse a special dongle sold in this store:

I think it is a simple dongle which send bytes information said to boot in debugmode.
So i would like know how i can sniff information exchange between the dongle and hardware?

You don't really need to reverse that. Simply get a teensy ++ usb dongle. Source code for psgrove and psfreedom is out. Good luck because their sold out everywhere. The exploit is also ported to certain cellphones so you don't need a usb dongle either. Do some research ;-).
