Unpack exe - PECompact

Sorry, no. I am a complete newbie regarding unpacking.
I'll find some tutorials but for a good start I need a guidance, a direction.

Try to use simple unpacking materials instead of looking for PECompact at the first time.
Google for 'unpacking UPX manually tutorial' for example ...
there are too many

no one can learn unpacking in a day or two,
here is not a warez forum, you should at least do part of your homework before asking help .
