Best software to Log CPU instructions of running app?

Hi guys

Dosbox has an excellent feature which Logs CPU ASM instructions with register contents e.g.
mov ax, 1 ax:4040 bx:0000 cx:0000 dx:0001

Is there a windows equivalent?

I've heard SoftIce and OllyDbg can attach to active processes, but will they give me what I'm after?

Hi joe i honestly think u should try ollydbg u will love it...just few mbs to dnload and few more minutes to understand
