Guide me please....

Hello Dears,
I want to start reading and studying about computer from its root, for example i want to know how does "011101011" are functioning in computer and how do they produce other codes like C,C#... in fact I am a beginner and i do not know any programming language. i have read this forums for several times but i just dont understand! I want to know about APIs, HEX, Reg, queries, blah blah blah that most of you use in here! please give me some advices and if possible give me everything that i might need to know!

hey friends...

a while ago i was just thinking about my post. because i thought that my post is really Stupid you know why? I myself dont know what did i ask you? because everythings there... any sources that i might need to go ahead and start reading! because google does everything for me. so I am very sorry about my post and thanks to everybody who spent time on reading my post.
