Could't not get Unpack, give it up

Hi! all forums members! I am new for unpack. I am try to unpack this program almost a week, have not successd. and can not get right answer which packer packed the program.

here are little info

PEid v.0.94 -> MS Visual C++ 6.o (Overlay)
PEid v.0.94 with External DB scan -> Armadillo v1.71 (Overlay)

and the This program has a lot anti-debug code. I could not manual unpack the program.
