please help with crypkey ken gen

i am new to this, so i am still learning, any help would be great. i have a license code, and i have a crypkey gen, but can not get the license key, please help!!

Thank you for the info, this helps, but i am not sure if the key gen i got is working. the license code for the software i have is
SS 0406 6B10 21F7 76BD 4B68 7000, it is cat sis 2010a thanks.
