Maybe you dont know it but this is not latest driver from HASPEMUL2006/7.
latest HASPHL2006 driver is COMPASS.sys - 248 kB
latest HASPHL2007 driver is XHASP.sys - 254 kB

You need to know what kind is that HASP dongle first. There has some HASP keys as HASP4-Time, HASP4-Memo... HASP5...

I think it is pretty impossible to keygen this. you will need to know at first structure of dng emulation file where is hardcoded memory solved algorithm, trial date and also in some case machine ID.
Do you really think you can pass it ?

If your dongle is 0x205E, then you should set the registry value to

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Emulator\Hasp\Dump\0000205E]
