help with toro sentinel emulator

Hi all,
im new to this site and need some help with toro emulator, when i installed it, i run the monitor saved it as reg file then added it to the registry, with the ssp protected program running i removed the dongle and all worked well, but if i restart the program it says "licence read fail, program cannot run".
so is this an install problem? or toro emulator cant work with this dongle.
any help with this would be greatly appriciated.

1. can i use the monitor to make the dump?
2. solve algo, is there a program for this? if so where can i get this
3. collect q/r, is this query and resonse pairs? if so nothing shows up in the monitor.
4. where can i get ucl emu from

3. May be u sw used ONLY memory, without dongle algo.
