Hi Guys,
I am trying to backup my hardlock dongle
From what I understand then I need to create a dump file first.
When I start my proggie then the HASPHL2007 detects it address, which is fine.
Then I try to dump it, and it gives me an dump error 38.
Does anyone know what this error 38 relates to?
I am running Windows Vista FYI
Any feedback is highly appreciated!
Thx,
Slambert

Maybe caused by the HASPHL2007 can't support Vista O/S.

Yeah, that could be, and I did also think that, however, the "SENTINEL Emulator 2007" by EDGE works just fine, really strange. Has anyone else come across this problem?
Thx,

I think foffa is right...
try install ur software in an XP system (if u have setup file) and get the dump file using HASPHL2007.-->make the *.dng file and then come back to vista with your *.dng....
Try!!! its only my suggestion...
Slambert,
Can u email me the HASPHL2007? thank.
