I dump my dongle with edge tool and successfully emulate it. But when i uninstall the sentemulator and install it again it doesn't work anymore, any suggestions?

it may happen if you:

1- push 'Clean Storage' button on "Dongles" tab.
2- load a new dng file

yes, you are right sir. I clean the storage, I tried different dng file, I uninstall the sentemulator. But when i install the sentemulator again, and install the previously working dng file, It has full license message on sentemulator but the program doesn't detect any dongle no more.

Do I need to re-format? Pls. help.

maybe help...

1.please uninstall sentinel driver, and remove all dongle entries from registry.

2. install sentinel 7.3.2 driver
