Which is the algo for HASPHL2007 DNG files?

In the HASPHL2007 emul for hasp dongles , we load the DNG file containing license data, hasp data and whatelse?
Since the DNG file is crypted or binany, can anyone tell me which is the algo to decrypt the content of these files?
