hasp4 emulation

good morning people...i'm new here...nice to meet u guys...

i need some help on my hasp4 emulation...currently i have a hasp4 dongle and i'm trying to emulate it using the glasha emulator but somehow or rather, i can't seemed to get the emulator working...when i press the install emulator driver, it keeps popping hlvdd.dll does not give to unload the hardlock driver...being a noob, i certainly don't understand what it meant

so, i did venture to find another emulator like the TORO ones but to no avail...

i've already have the dump file and the reg file ready but the emulator is just not working...

btw, i'm using windows 98

any help at all would be much appreciated...thanks

Hmm looks like a messed up installation..
1. remove all dongles.
2. uninstall all HL/Hasp drivers. (Stop any services using them prior to uninstalling them, for eg. toro's loader service.)
3. Restart
4. Install latest HL/Hasp drivers.
5. Restart
6. Now install Glasha's emulator.
7. Restart
8. Now press the install emulator driver. I hope it will work now.

thanks for the prompt reply...tried it and it worked...but now it lead to another problem...

it turns out that my dump file is bad...so it tried to dump again...but this time...it took much longer than usual...i'm using the hlmon to dump the hasp...

normally how long will the dumping takes? cos it's been taking way too long...almost 1/2 hour
