Dear Friend,
First:
I was in trouble last two weeks trying to convert from the registry format ( Toro v1.7) to dng format, but due to encryption of the dongle data I couldn't do anything.
Second:
I've tried to dump and solve a dongle emulated by toro v1.7 but I got a message said error in initialization of the drivers.
Third:
Simply plug your actual donlge. run toro v1.7 emulated key in the background then click dump&resolve. It only takes you a second to create a dng version of your Dongle (emulated by toro v1.7)
