coverting dump to reg??

hi all,
i am new here, and i just have a little knowledge about dongle emulator...learning...
i downloaded a file "HDmp2Reg.exe" and convert my hasp4 dongle dump file to reg, it is like it...

..when i double click the converted reg file and add it..
but i cant emulate my hasp4 dongle.
i success to emulate through HASPHL2007.exe, there is no problem, running software smoothly.
i just want to know how to use this reg method.
