Problem with edgespro11

Hi everybody
I created a dng file from my sentinel usb key F73F with edgespro11, but the program doesn't work, can u help me, please???

what is the error u have
and what exactly is the key type ?

With edgespro11 I have created dng file,without errors, but my program doesn't work with fixed sentemul2007, because my usb key is a new type of ultrapro (type 3, F73F).
I think that key is not easy to dump.
