Hello,
After reading much of this forum i was able to emulate my Sentinel superpro dongle using vusbbus emulator. This works perfect with my software. After reading the information in my dump it seems that the dongle does not have any sort of algorithms in the dump.
Is there a way i can unlock other modules in the software using my dongle dump? Here is a dump and registry file of my dongle if any experts can take a look at the dump and point me to the right direction of how to unlock the modules it would be much appreciated. Since i was not allowed to upload the files here i have uploaded them to filefactory and provided the links here.

if you have non active algo in your dongle
so you have to reverse app exe to gt wp
then the non active cells could be activated as your dump dont contain this algos
which activate the blocked mouels
by the way where u from contact me at pm

I also wanted to add this too.
I have another dump from a different dongle of the same software that has the modules im looking for opened, but when i compare the 2 dumps the only diff i see are the keys. I seems to me that according the keys that are found in the dongle the license manager software opens up the modules. But using those same keys on another dongle wont work. Just thought i'd add this info.

So in the case that modules are unlocked using the license key i would still need to know how to generate those keys to open up different modules and allow me different stations.

you have to reverse the application. :)

are there programs to reverse application? I was reading about a program called softice but i found it a bit difficult to use. Is there any program you recommend that would do the job?
Thanks
use IDA + ollyDbg + tutorial... have along journey to dive into the code :)

I downloaded both IDA + ollyDbg and tried to use them but i think this is harder then expected. I am trying to look for tutorials that would help me out but there a bit too advanced for me.
The problem i see with my program is its not just one program. The software consists of a database that i first have to start, then i have to start the License Manager which gets the info or keys from the dongle, then if those start successfully then i start the program which is a POS system. I am not sure which of the programs would have the algorithm to unlock modules, would it be the database? License Manager software, or the actual POS software?
But i think im learning which is good.
Thanks
@bassam
try first with your main executable program. Gain information from the main exe, and you will figure out... the protection scheme

I loaded the main executable but im not sure what i should be looking for. Is there something specific or common that i should look for?
Thanks

to activate other modules u need license for that module.every dongle got different licenses for each module.
thank you

Thats true but if i lets say want to add more stations lets say from currently 3 stations to lets say 5 stations. I would just give them my dongle key and they would then most likely give me 4 new keys to enter into the dongle which give me the choice of using 5 stations instead of 3. So i guess the only way to find out how to do this is to know what algorithm they use to generate the keys that they give me.
Thanks
