convert emulator vusb_0.15.4 for windows 7 64 bit

My emulator vusb_0.15.4 works very well on windows xp sp3.
I try to install in windows 7 64bit but does not work; return the error "devcon failed".
I try to change the emulator with Multikey Emulator does not work.
With haspmon32 I create the file dump ("hasp.dmp" e "hhl_mem.dpd").
With UniDumpToReg.exe v1.1b5 from file "hasp.dmp" I create the reg file.
The content of the file reg is attached notepad file

When i add this file reg and try to run multikey 64 bit the hardware key emulate does not work.

U need 64-bit version of emulator for your 64-bit OS. Or switch to 32-bit OS and use your old MK.
