PE Patch unpacking

Hi guys!
I have problem to find anything what can help me to unpack the PE Patch.
I have a DLL I want to unpack for further operations.
I have the information that file is packed by PE Patch, but I did not find anything what can help me how to unpack the PE Patch.
I was trying the PE Explorer, but PE Explorer contains plugins for UPX and UPack.
If anyone can help me, please.

Not that easy..... first need to identify packer if used. PeX is used for other things not helping you.
