Sentinel ultrapro strange error.

Hello,
The dongle worked ok but suddenly when i make query to algo cell or try to read or overwrite it i got error 63. All other cells and algos read and query ok. Anyone have an idea what does this error mean? The algo is innactive or invalid? Can this be reaired with activate command?
