How to update license file

Hi all,
First of all, i came here without any experience in RE field. so i need a help to activate a new version of GXP Software, i have already dongle emulator and license file for version 4.1, i just need update the license from 4.1 to 4.2. the new version of the software have also some new features.

the scenario is;

1- i don't have an experience in RE

2- i have old license with dongle emu

so i just need how to update or upgrade/generate a new license based on old license and dongle emu.

i need a guideline how to do it with myself.
