Registration file protection

I need ask if some one can tell me how can protect the emulator registry file with add some codes inside the registry file?

It is imposible without changing the emulator code.

I have 1 emulator and need to give ti someone to work with his computer only need protect to work with his computer only
If can help with any way
I see some one do it with Optitex software before
