Question about dump keys?

Can you use the .dmp file generated in computer A to create an emulator in computer B?

Computer A is where you originally have your key
Computer B never has the HASP.

Is the dmp file contain any information about the computer where you originally has your HASP?

You can use it on comp C,D and E as well.
The only case it cannot be done , if in memory of hasp developer wrote some comp data and soft seek this info, in other words if hasp was programed to this comp. I never saw this, but it's possible.
