System Time XP

Hi, I've been searching the web for information on the system time for windows xp. Basically I would like to find out when its files are loaded and what their names and locations are. So far I'm unable to find anything. Or if anyone knows of a good link to a detailed description of the boot process I could figure it out on my own.
