Hi veryone,

This is a newbie question, I recently had two paid emulators, for two softwares, one is using HASP4 and one is Sentinel Safe-Net. Both are dumped by HASP2008 and emulated by HASP2008, they both locked to one computer ID, and in .dng format, when emulated it said "Full Licensed" "NodeLocked" something like that, now I really want to transfer those two softwares to my notebook, but since the .dng files are locked to one comp ID, Is it possible to make it work on my notebook ? Is there a way to remove the comp ID ? I guess maybe not, since we can't edit .dng file, I know it's won't hurt to ask. They offered me multi seats license, but there is no way that I can afford almost $500 bucks for a multi seats. Rather than paid less than $200 for a single one. I really want to have those softwares on my notebook so I can get work done better while at home/school, any advice would greatly appreciated !

do you have the dongle? if so, you could try edgespro11.exe (dumper and solver)

I had the hasp4 dongle, but it a trial timed key, will expire soon, the sentinel safe-net I just had a dump file only and do not have the dongle with me,. actually I had both emulators working on my desktop as I speak, but it locked to that comp ID can not tranferable, now I want to use them on my notebook which I could not. Oh! well, I know my limit so I don't expect much, plus I don't know much about this reverse thing, so I may have to live with it.

Having an emulated dongle working is just about as good as having the dongle plugged in. So you can take a dump (as it were :) from the emulated dongle an dmake a new emulator from that. All the knowledge and tools you need to do that are easily found by searching this site.

Commercial emulators try to block you from doing this for obvious reasons. Most freely available well written emulators work fine.

Well, same here, I tried HASP2007 to dump, but was not successful, like I said, these are paid emulators, they must be some kinda commercial one, very time I try to dump it, the computer crash/restart. I think I may have to use it like this or upgrade to a multi seat license at a later time, if I wish to transfer the app to a different comp.
