Mete0 from UCL had made something
An old proteq emulator for win95/98.
If you want to try, it is on woodmann's homepage
Just go there and search for PROTEQ EMULATOR.

Neither an installer.
Resuming... I don't have any idea about to put it to work

proteq dongle always use C50032.dll for communication to dongle, even in enveloped cases, also as i remember there are only one function exported from that dll so you can make a simple ring 3 logger by use of a hook engine and log your dongle data and then you can make a dll emulator for your program, i made such logger long time ago, i will search my archive and if i found, i will share here.
