change dongle's serial number

is there a tool out there that can change the emulated dongle's serial number?

Cell 1 = Developer ID
Cell 2 = Overwrite Password 1
Cell 3 = Overwrite Password 2
Cell 4 = Write Password
Cell 5 = Hard License Limit
Cell 6 = C6
Cell 7 = not usually used

If you use PVA or spr0 dumpers you can change it in dump file.
For emulators depend on what emulator you use.

using as example the vusb emulator, you have simply to edit into the reg the first TWO BYTE swapped

I can only get SENTEMUL2007 to work. vusb, won't work.

also, the serial in the software is 2 characters and 4 digits, how does the first TWO BYTES convert to that serial? is there some algoritm needed?

I've got vusb to work and the first two bytes are the numeric portion of the serial number. Where does it get the alpha portion?
