I am not here to get money, yesterday I found solution and I will public it now, thanks to Git for help.

Hasp Emul for Vista x64
Install SetupReadyDriverPlus.exe to disable signature (xxx://www.filefactory.com/file/61d979/n/SetupReadyDriverPlus_zip (http://www.filefactory.com/file/61d979/n/SetupReadyDriverPlus_zip))</B>
Install hasp driver
add dump to registry
install vusbbus manuel
If you uninstall SetupReadyDriverPlus than emul will not work.

Be careful of the KB932596 "update" it stops the "bcdedit -set load options
DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS" option working, that a lot of vista x64 users
were using to load unsigned drivers, and the associated MS KB article
doesn't see fit to mention the fact that this is probably the only thing
this ""update" does.
KB932596 definitely breaks unsigned drivers.
If you use google, you will see a lot problems with this update."

REMOVE:

"Enter into Programs & characteristics (programas y caracteristicas) under control panel (panel de control) add/remove applications.Then see installed updates (ver actualizaciones instaladas). Click in kb932596 and then uninstall. This will remove this bug. ;-)

Yes friend I did it but I thought to find any other way without installing it, to be more easy...

There is a way... Buy a Verisign developer signature, use the DDK tools to make a vusbbus.cat file and install it as a genuine signed driver.

Cost you about $400 :(

I tried to install vusbbus.sys under Windows XP 64. I got an error message that it is no suitable driver. Does there exist an special version for Windows XP 64?
