Nice step by step using Sentinel In Thread Below!
I wish someone would be kind enough to explain a how to; in step by step format on using vbus for Hasp not Hasp HL. I have read and read and rebooted and rebooted with no luck. Other Emulaters work fine but would love to try Vbus!

First of all there is one, 10x to fejkus.
It's not so hard (except Hasp HL with random Q/As) , if you are really read so much you can do it.

Complete solution may contain program reversing, try to explain this Step by Step ;)
1.) Install IDA
2.) Gain 4 years experience with Ida and other tools
3.) Modify your target
:)

winhex is easy solving for hasphl target against the IDA and Ollydbg, no need experience just understand how to get the 256 Q/A from memory, One Envelop have max 2, attached with log, software 100% work.

Not all protections are envelop, there are more ways. All depend on imagination of developer (and knowledge).
I've only seen envelope used a couple times, almost all targets I see are done with the API, some of them properly.
Anyone seen what SRM does to your hard drive yet?. Sheesh.

We are off target slightly. I don't want to remove hasp calls from the exe, or arx etc.
I want to emulate using vbus!
I got my dump using H4dmp.exe then I converted that to a reg file with unidumptoreg.exe.
Now this is where I get lost on which vbus.sys to use and what I need to modify in the reg file? I have a couple of versions of vbus (.1 and .15).
I have also seen some people changing there path in the reg file to /ruboard/mulators/etc......
Shouldn't it be /ruboard/emulators/etc.....?
There is no-way I can comprehend using IDA or Softice as I have been tutored some in the past from Crackz, my friend for many years and I think the King of Dongles! My brain is just not programed to delve that far into it! Pardon the pun!
Thanks in advance for the help
