Gaz's Win32NASM Package / NASM 32-bit DOS Protected Mode routines License Agreement

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual
or a single entity) and the author of this package for the software product
identified above, which includes computer software and associated media and
also includes "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or
"SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not
agree to the terms of this License Agreement, do not install or use the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. You may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on as many computers as you want to.

2. Any number of users may use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

3. You may copy and/or redistribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as much as you
   want, provided it is:

     1. Not altered in any way
     2. Not charged for in any way (except you may charge a fee for
        transferring a copy).

4. You may not incorporate the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (or any part) into, or
   include the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (or any part) with, another product
   (be it/they commercial or non-commercial) without express prior
   permission.

5. The author explicitly disclaims all responsibilty for any consequences
   that may arise out of the use or misuse of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Under
   no circumstances can the author be held responsible for any
   consequences arising out of the use or misuse of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
   no matter what those consequences may be, even if the author is, or has
   already been made, aware of any such consequences that may occur.

NO WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  THE SOFTWARE
PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE
SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THE AUTHOR'S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY UNDER THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED UK0.00 (ZERO UK POUNDS).

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR OR THE AUTHOR'S SUPPLIERS BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR
LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFIT, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION,
OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES.  BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION
OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE
LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Author's note:
    What does all this mean in plain English?

    You can install and use the package as much as you want.
    You can copy it and redistribute it as much as you want (provided you
    don't charge for it and don't alter it in any way).
    You can't sell the package.
    You can't include the package with something of yours.
    No matter what happens, I can't be held responsible for the consequences.

    I don't like having to make this sort of disclaimer / license thing, but
    the US obsession with litigation (and the increasing reliance upon it
    here in the UK) coupled with the possibility of someone trying to take
    this package and then release it under their name with _their_ license
    forces me to. I know it might sound crazy but if I don't do it somebody's
    _bound_ to try something daft.
