Once you reach a terminal mass of whitey's, (around 20,000) the blacks and browns are compelled to move in to destroy the area.
The destruction leads to lower property values.
Meaning some white families who put up with it pay less taxes for a while and raise sjw brats.
Then the city, becoming more important just due to it's squatting on commerce lanes and business pandering to the swollen numbers of people like some sort of obese Pidgeon on a highwire attracts more blacks and browns, who seek to be around power, or are pulled in by "(((Democrats)))" looking for free votes.
As a city's power grows, the city becomes more and more of a shit hole, dragging everything around it down with it, making conditions more favorable for niggers and mudsharks.
Bonus points for a seat of political power. Power draws spics and niggers like a moth to flame, (see D.C., Austin, Atlanta, baton rouge, ellipsis).
