RealClearPolitics - March 15 Republican Primaries and Caucuses

Next Tuesday, it's all primaries - none of this caucus nonsense. We're winning in every state. In fact, in every single poll except one in Ohio that shows Kasich with a small margin in Ohio.

Ohio and Florida are going to be big deals. They are winner-take-all, and they are the home states of two of the remaining four candidates. Kasich has openly pledged to drop out if he loses Ohio, and Rubio will presumably be shamed into doing the same if he loses Florida.

Illinois is also winner-take-all.

Probably, if all five of these states are won by Trump, there's a good chance he'll pull off the 1,237 delegate count. He needs 54 percent of the remaining 1,585. It shouldn't be hard to beat Cruz by 10-15% 1-on-1.

Should it?

Tonight!

We've got a debate coming up tonight. We'll have a live thread, as always. It will probably crash. Weev made a post on the forum about the situation of the forum software, if you want the details. Short story is that it's now a hardware capacity issue and we've gotta figure out a way to improve the hardware.

Anyway, it won't be down non-stop, but it will be a bit slow.

I predict Glorious Leader will start acting more and more "presidential" from now on. Will be interesting to see how he carries himself tonight.

does one require to show ID to vote in these states?
If not, I assume Kasich and Co will be bussing voters around again from polling place to the next.

Trump will win Florida, I'm sure of it. North Carolina should be a win too. I've got some concerns about Illinois and major concerns about Ohio. On the following website (which combines poll numbers), Cuck Kasich is at 69% chance of winning Ohio: http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/election-2016/primary-forecast/ohio-republican/. It also has Trump's chances of winning Florida at 85%. Winning all states would be a massive step but I can't see how it's going to work out.

Can any of you tell me how Trump managed to pull Hawaii off? It makes no sense to me, when you look at the demographs.

I'm dont live in the US, but I assume Hawaii went to Trump because the people of Hawaii hate religious nutjobs and conservative warmongers. They like entrepreneurs, and Trump is the best.
I only know Hawaii from the TV show Magnum PI, and some documentaries about Volcanos.

Suspicious positive polls. Usually the media likes to under represent on polls.

I cant imagine that the people of Ohio think anyone other than Trump will do anything to help their economy. Same as Michigan.
