They seem to breed a ton there too. I bet it just has to do with how "black" is classified in Brazil. They have a specific name for the mixed race I think.
Edit: I looked it up, they call it Pardo. DefiantBrazilian would know.

Would these Blacks survive in Africa, if they were somehow repatriated?
I read that the black blacks there would kill these ones.
Then again, these ones have the benefit of a three-hundred year free ride in the West, and Europe.
Maybe it would be peaceful, or constructive for both parties.
After all, there are a billion of them, they could probably work it out with all the leaders and experts they have.

I've thought for some time now that the statistic stating blacks make up 12.5% of the population is bogus. I'd bet its more like 20%. When a water supply is polluted, the government usually understates the toxicity levels as to not create panic. Methinks this is what is going on with the 'population toxicity levels' reports.

Are there any historical precedents of mass population repatriations -- say, specific to blacks. Separate from expulsions of judensau. How is it done well?

There are medical studies around that show blacks (homo erectus) have excess fertility cycles per year. Sixteen cycles of fertility compared to about ten for Europids. No this does not mean they win. Is it because their evolutionary strategy is high-output, low intelligence, high-violence, subsistence tribalism. Subsistence Tribalism means that at an evolutionary level they plan to lose. Low investment, criminality, loss and ruin are baked into their sand cakes. Fucking is an answer to them. Racial nihilists after the fact. This is due to the rich gathering environments of equatorial life. No technology needed. Major blows, like pissing off whites and invoking a shoah isn't really a "humanitarian" crisis, because they already beg it at an evolutionary and biological level. Putting them back in Africa is what they expect they deserve at a deep and real level.

So, instead of the high political moral ground being occupied by taxation transfers from productive ethnic nationals to foreign-national subsistence tribalists, the high moral ground could be built around transfers of population, from foreign-national invaders to repatriated ethnic naturals. This entrepreneurial service could be really great business for a private sector expert in logistics and light military enterprise.
A mass bounties and refund system that is paid out by way of savings to the white commons of the nation. Could develop technology and knowledge from this work as well. Charity governments in Africa could be cut off of rice, arms and other benefits, so there would be additional resources for repatriation from that. I am no economist though; yet it would be great to get off this semitic slave trade livestock diplomacy.
