I’m not American but isn’t this the problem with state police. Trump couldn’t inforce the fuzz to take out these antifa scum even if he wanted to. Let’s say for convenience sake he does want to. Technically Trump could do quite a bit without even declaring a state of emergency or martial law because the country, the states with their governors, the federal and district courts and the people are already seized under a military jurisdiction, not a civilian one, headed by military position called the commander-in-chief (rather than the president of the United States). But to do this would reveal the scam from which the country operates and would reveal that you are merely seized property within the Department of the Treasury.
