We should be doing the same thing to them. I know a white guy who work does Internet art for BLM. He said in order to have a group on campus they have to have at least one white person involved in their group. He is their token white guy. He thinks they're a huge joke but they pay him. Never even been around one than to see it in a glass case, but they definitely don't look practical. .40 cal seems adequate...if not you've got some other issues.
