Any help here? (iPhone screwing up)

So voice control keeps popping up, videos fast forward by themselves, pause by themselves, play by themselves after I've already paused them, and sometimes they just stop playing altogether. This is really annoying. Any help?

And plus my phone can be very slow and laggy too.

Is your screen (or screen guard) cracked?
Had a similar issue in the past but I attributed it to a cracked screen
Thing seemed like it had a mind of its own
