The shit's getting heavy. Peaceful and law abiding (permitted) assembly is stll the solution for future gatherings, but I agree that without an armed militia for protection, it could very well be a march into the proverbial abattoir.

So, those commie kids are showing up armed? What a bunch of fags. Why is it always the AR-15? It's only a .223. An SKS is a viable platform at 7.62 x 39mm. Besides, wouldn't a communist rather have a real Soviet rifle that they wouldn't have to spend so much of their allowance on? I would go for an SKS, not just for the irony.

Whether they were there or not. They didn't make much of a difference.

It is as I always say: If you carry a gun, you must be prepared to use it, it's no toy. Just showing up with a rifle, looking all tough and then not doing squat when the shit hits the fan makes you a clown.

Good point. A weapon is not a prop. I wonder if those guys, if they were in the thick of it, even aimed at any threatening targets. It really would make one look like a eunuch not to use it and opt to remain playing G.I.Joe in the backyard. I wonder when the shit will really hit the fan...

I was there, they were outside of our lines, and didn't really associate with us, pretty sure they were oathkeepers tier.

AR-15 is a good choice, it's a buyer's market for them right now. You can get a complete rifle for under $500.
