Asians, Chinese in particular, tend to be shitlordish. However, most of them are not bro-tier. This man is an exception.
The Japanese have a pretty casual outlook on race. The movie this clip comes from came out in 2009. If any white or western filmmaker put out something like this, it would be the end of their career.
