I see it as a cumulative process. Just by virtue of the Leader winning the election, some number of illegals will self-deport. Once the Leader implements eVerify, shitloads more will leave because they can't get work. The money saved on social services can be used as rewards for tips on nabbing illegal beaners that have stayed behind.
Many illegals have family in the country who are legitimate American citizens. My bet is a good number of them will move to Mexico to rejoin their family. Just be sure to have them renounce their American citizenship on the way out.
Finally, issue an Executive Order rescinding the 1986 amnesty to the people who received it and their descendants. Obungo has already set the precedent that EO's can be used for immigration policy. Why can't the Leader?
If challenged, the Leader can say that amnesty is being rescinded since it was only issued on condition that a wall be built. The wall was never built so those illegals are illegal once again. Hit the road, jack!
