As you maybe have noticed, that title is ALL CAPS.

And round these parts, ALL CAPS means serious business.

This only applies to Stormer Book Club members, which are a small portion of the population of the site at this time, but it is a big enough deal that it needs to be at the top so everyone sees it.

We are getting ready for a big push for people to join Book Clubs or start new ones this summer, and we need to organize the SBC forum.

We have a plan for this.

Most of it is going to be done by the mods, but you can help - by fixing your thread titles.

The proper format is thus.

For the United States:

  • Jersey City, New Jersey

  • Birmingham, Alabama

  • Portland, Oregon

For the rest of the world:

  • Berlin, Germany

  • Sydney, Australia

  • Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

So to be clear, all of these are wrong:

I found a few that are correct:

It is the city first, then a comma, then either the State (US) or the country (non-US).

In certain situations, it is acceptable to do [county], State. But that should be rare. Instead, if you are talking about a general area, you should put the biggest or main town/city in that general area. People know the towns that surround them.

NOTE: DO NOT USE STATE ABBREVIATIONS. TYPE OUT THE ENTIRE NAME OF THE STATE, EVEN IF IT IS LONG LIKE "RHODE ISLAND." THIS IS FOR STANDARDIZATION PURPOSES. WE NEED TO STANDARDIZE HERE, PEOPLE.

I am not being a tight-ass here.

This has to be standardized for ease of use. Right now, the place is a mess, and this is, I am quite certain, severely restricting membership.

Also, it would be extremely helpful if you could go through and post in your thread to confirm it is in use.

The Plan

There are going to be a lot more details coming AFTER the formatting issue is fixed. We are going to make it so the US, Europe and "The Rest of the World" have their own subcategories. From there, people will be able to pick from a drop-down menu we've installed, which will allow them to, in the case of the US, choose a state, and in the case of Europe or "The Rest of the World," choose a country. Then they will be taken to a list of cities.

The first posts of each thread are going to be Wikis, so that those with privileges can edit the first post to include updated information about the group. You should not be planning meeting places in the main thread. Instead, you should plan dates and meeting places in a non-public place, such as a private thread or, even better, a discord chat room. New people wanting to join will be able to post in the thread and ask to be given access to the private chat. This isn't bullet proof security of course, but it is a helluva lot better than just posting times and meetup places on a public forum.

Organizing all of this in a coherent way is going to be a relatively large endeavor, so you can really help out a lot by simply changing your thread title to the above explained format.

We are now taking these SBCs to the next level, BUT we need to have the accessibility logistics worked out first.

Also, if there is a thread that is no long being used because you combined with another group, please change the title to "MARKED FOR DELETION."

If your group is active (even if you are no longer using the thread itself often), go post a post in it that says "THIS GROUP IS ACTIVE - DO NOT DELETE." If a thread is old, and hasn't been posted in

After this forum organization business is done, I am going to be posting a long post both explaining how to start new groups if there isn't one in your area, and how to further organize and manage groups that already exist.

From there, we will begin much more interesting things.

We are going to have challenges (which will include getting you in fit and fighting shape and learning useful masculine skills), we are going to have missions (which will include getting you laid), we are going to have networking (which will include cross state and even cross country assistance to one another through vetted individuals).

We are going to build an invisible empire.

This has all been worked out in my mind a long time ago, and this summer, the Summer of the Black Sun, is when we are going to bring it all together.

PHASE ONE of PHASE TWO of the Stormer Book Club agenda is making this forum make sense so people can easily find groups in their area by cleaning up this mess and organizing things with this new organizational system.

We've got very big plans here.

So help us get this boring technical stuff done ASAP so we can get the real fun started.

Hail Victory.

Thank Kek! Direction from Our Leader! THANK YOU, Dr. Goebbels! (aka @AndrewAnglin)

Awesome to see Columbia, South Carolina with the biggest red check of them all!!!!!!!
It is def the longest.

Btw- "Hampton Roads" is not a city. It's a region in Virginia that includes many cities such as Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, etc. Please uncheck that muffugah.

SUGGESTION: We need a category (drop down menu or whatever) for regional/national events. For example, the Columbia, South Carolina SBC hosted a big event for April 20 (Führer Day). I went around and posted on 23 threads for the southeastern U.S. in order to notify people. This is going to be an annual event, and we are planning another big annual event in November.

Also, I would like to be contacted about how to help organize recruiting on DS for SBCs. I've sent 100s of PMs to dozens of posters in my region over the last 10 months. It's time consuming, and a lot of people never reply. I'd just like AA to hear what it's like to try to organize in this MESS. I think it would help in coming up with a better system. I mean, geez, I'm already talking to the North Carolina SBC podcast about doing a show on recruiting. This thing is absolutely a friggin mess. However, I don't want to lose the 'organic' access to the awesome lurkers and posters who have turned up. My SBC has attracted a smart, funny, hardcore kickass demographic.

UPDATE:
Does AA know that @beorn has a book club coordinator Discord? He laid out some great opsec and vetting rules when he originally opened the Discord. Too bad that the SBCs who have fucked up never joined. It would be good for lurkers to know that we have standardized vetting and opsec. See @stankpipe's post:

I wonder how many good guys have been holding back like that?

Are Regular members allowed to edit thread titles to speed up the standardization?

#6

Book club? Sounds good :smirk:

Jokes aside, well done, we need to act more. The system is not going down by itself.

#7

Do edit privileges expire? I can't seem to edit the title for our book club here in CT

#8

I need to second this question. The San Antonio thread is still being used but Texas is abbreviated to TX and I have no power to change it. The OP of the thread hasn't been on since October of last year.

#9

What else is there other than discord? I've tried logging into it and it keeps saying my email address didn't exist, I've even tried using my normie email to get logged on and it says that doesn't exist either, and it definitely exists.

#10

Stormer Book Club, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, 1940.

#11

It may not exist in their database, have you tried re-registering your email with a new account on discord?

#12

I'll give it a try, thanks!

#13

Media is going to shit themselves.

Also, I am promoting myself to Führer of this:

#14

Did someone say book club?
sign me up!

#15

I'm on vacation now. I'm guessing it'll be done before I have time to help next week. If not, I'll work on it.

#16

At the risk of looking like a pussy, what keeps someone from going in and shooting/blowing up one of these things or FBI sticking moles in there?

That's really been the only thing keeping me away.

#17

Good luck with the book clubs

#18

Get your blackpill out of here, please. We have standardized vetting. SBCs are kickass!!!!!

#19

Book Club in Soda City? Sign this hillbilly up.

#20

Well then it sounds awesome.
