As much of the globe prepares for what may turn out to be an Ebola epidemic of epic proportions, the simian inhabitants of Liberia have proceeded to dispose of their dead in the most brilliant way imaginable, by dumping them onto congested city streets.
Few have heeded the warnings of medical personnel to cremate diseased body tissues, limit transient movement, and report those showing telltale Ebola symptoms, opting instead to continue their primitive practices in the face of all sane logic.
Officials now fear that mass exposure to the infected corpses will translate into an outbreak so severe and widespread that no amount of attention, preventive care, or force would manage to stem the tide of illness. Such a scenario would tax local resources to the breaking point, and lead to a catastrophic snowball effect for the rest of the world.
Relatives of Ebola victims in Liberia defied government orders and dumped infected bodies in the streets as West African governments struggled to enforce tough measures to curb an outbreak of the virus that has killed 887 people.
In Nigeria, which recorded its first death from Ebola in late July, authorities in Lagos said eight people who came in contact with the deceased U.S. citizen Patrick Sawyer were showing signs of the deadly disease.
The outbreak was detected in March in the remote forest regions of Guinea, where the death toll is rising. In neighboring Sierra Leone and Liberia, where the outbreak is now spreading fastest, authorities deployed troops to quarantine the border areas where 70 percent of cases have been detected.

In Liberia’s ramshackle ocean-front capital Monrovia, still scarred by a 1989-2003 civil war, relatives of Ebola victims were dragging bodies onto the dirt streets rather than face quarantine, officials said.
Information Minister Lewis Brown said some people may be alarmed by regulations imposing the decontamination of victims’ homes and the tracking of their friends and relatives. With less than half of those infected surviving the disease, many Africans regard Ebola isolation wards as death traps.
“They are therefore removing the bodies from their homes and are putting them out in the street. They’re exposing themselves to the risk of being contaminated,” Brown told Reuters. “We’re asking people to please leave the bodies in their homes and we’ll pick them up.”
It still remains a heated topic of contention whether the confused Negroes actually understand the concept of a dangerous epidemic, or if they regard such happenings as a particularly nasty type of Voodoo curse or something. More than likely, the Africans simply do not have the cognitive abilities to process the idea that open sewers and bloated cadavers lead to sickness and death.
Considering the fact that the average IQ of Liberian Blacks is estimated to be 67, functionally retarded by most standards, it does not seem all that astounding to hear of these hominids playing and scavenging next to the liquefied remains of Ebola victims.
But, according to the Jews, they are exactly the same as us in everything but the color of their skin.
