It’s not a day in America without a chimpout.
Police arrested 21-year-old Travon Fincher Tuesday evening, charging him with one count of murder, and two counts of aggravated battery.
Officials tell ABC21 News, Fincher turned himself in to a Fort Wayne Police Station.
Fincher will make his first court appearance Wednesday.
