Black Raped a Woman on Christmas Eve

A man is in Delaware County prison on $1 million cash bail on charges of grabbing a woman by the hair, dragging her into the woods at Deshong Park, then raping and stabbing her Christmas Eve, police said.
Charged is Shaquille Malik Tillmon, who was arraigned and remanded to Delaware County Prison in lieu of $1 million cash bail.
Police said they were called to Crozer-Cheser Medical Center about 2:30 p.m. Dec. 24 on the report of an assault victim.
