The man accused of opening fire outside a Dollar General store in Cheektowaga was arraigned Wednesday on a grand jury indictment.

Travis Green, 29, of Cheektowaga, is charged with attempted murder, attempted assault, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
