Paul Town decided to stop doing the WoodsTown podcast after Keith Woods fell out of favor with Nick and AF during Elon’s H1B ban wave

Black Swan is just making a tongue in cheek sarcastic joke as a nod to WangTown and how Paul Town often seems to find himself aligned with eventual “enemies” of AF

From what I understand the timeline was:

Anglin and Paultown have a podcast
Paultown ghosts, reason unspecified
Anglin gets drunk and explains that some people can't handle the heat, but no hard feelings on Politically provoked.
Anglin and Nick have their falling out
Paultown and Keith woods start a podcast
Anglin expresses mild irritation in a thread (too lazy to go find it)
It kind of becomes a meme to make fun of Paul Town around here (not very common, but still in the forum zeitgeist.)
Anglin tries to get a podcast going by soliciting a second mic from here
Potsticker agrees
Cue scheduling conflicts for several weeks
Finally Anglin hops in the forum and says "Hey Potsticker where you at?"
No Potsticker to be found (FUCK YOU POTSTICKER I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR THIS!!!)
Anglin's podcast dreams turn to ash in his mouth.
Something died that day, never to seen or heard from again.
(FUCK YOU POTSTICKER!!!)

Anyway, skip some time. Nick has another of his endless and inevitable fallouts with Keith Woods
And Paul town has to distance himself.
"Anglin won"

Which is actually pretty layered, in that Anglin won when it comes to the Nick thing (I mean come on how many fucking faggy spats is the kid going to have?)
But also, Paul Town should have just stuck out the podcast with Anglin (which is top tier listening if you haven't checked it out yet.)
