He probably did. TRS back in the mid 2010's was pretty fun. I found out about it through Morrakkiu videos. It was pretty big back then.

This is what they are talking about, Epstein emailing Noam Chomsky TRS links about race and IQ. It was interesting, in the final recorded interview just before his death he insists to Steve Bannon that "of course there is no correlation between race and intelligence". Of course, if he was honest it would have been a much more interesting interview.
