He is absolutely agreeing with her. He is saying “we have outsized influence on American politics, we use it to promote the interests of our home country of Israel.”
But at the same time, he is attacking Ilhan Omar for saying… exactly that.
It is basically so brazen that it leaves the normal person overwhelmed with confusion.
