Marijuana Legalized in New Jersey, Arizona and Montana – Hard Drugs Decriminalized in Oregon

The faggots over at reddit are really stoked – weed is being legalized in three new states.

New Jersey, Arizona and Montana all voted on Tuesday to legalize recreational marijuana abuse.

Meanwhile, Oregon became the first state in the country to decriminalize hard drugs.

That means that you will no longer be charged with a crime for possession of “personal use” amounts of fentanyl, heroin, meth or crack.

This is certainly a violation of federal law, but that doesn’t really get enforced anyway (except for “hate crimes”).
